The BioAscent In Silico Workbench is a modular computational platform supporting small molecule, targeted protein degrader and biologics discovery across the DMTA cycle. Its 19 portals connect molecular design, property prediction, structural modelling and synthesis planning through accessible web interfaces. This poster describes a case study where the Proximity Portal was employed to model a range of PROTAC linkers and assign a predicted MPO score.
